Elevation is Open for Lunch Winter Term 2 Days per Week starting January 17 – March 15
Thursday and Friday Lunch Dates of Service – Our Kitchen Operations and Dining Operations students will prepare and serve a lunch menu that reflects their competencies within their first year of study. Menu items will include soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees.
Lunch Seatings: 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45 and 12:00 p.m.
Lunch reservations are recommended.
Groups of 10 or more, please call for availability. A pre-order is required.
Payment Information: Cash, checks, Visa, Master Card or Discover accepted.
Gift cards are also available.
All gratuities are designated to the Cascade Culinary Institute student scholarship fund.
