2024-2025 Elevation Restaurant Happenings

Welcome to Elevation Restaurant at Cascade Culinary Institute! Offerings to the community vary by the academic term, as all meals are tied to classes.  We look forward to seeing you.

Fall 2024

Elevation opens to the public Oct 11-Dec 6.  Reservations can be made via Tock starting Oct 1.

Fine Dining Lunch

  • The HM 190 Dining Room Operations and CUL 200 Kitchen Operations will serve a fine-dining, three-course lunch for a flat price of $20/person plus beverages.
  • This term, Elevation lunch service will  be offered  Mon./Tues./Thurs./Fri., with 11 a.m.-noon seatings

Fine Dining Dinner

  • Will return Spring 2025

Bakery Kiosk

  • The Retail Baking Operations class will be opening the  Bakery Kiosk for the Fall 2024 term. There will be a selection of traditional baked products as well as a rotating selection of featured items. The Bakery Kiosk will be open on Fridays, Oct. 11 to Dec. 6, 8-10:30 a.m. or until items are sold out.

 General Information about Reservations:

  • Elevation Restaurant is moving to a new reservation system. Tock is the new vendor for reservations. Open Table is no longer being utilized.
  • Reservations for fall 2024 lunch service scheduled to open Monday Oct 1st at 10am & fill quickly. An email announcement was sent to the Elevation guest email list on Sept. 27th.
  • As reservations to the community are of a limited quantity, CCI asks guests to only book one or two reservations per term. Thank you for your support!
  • DIning gratuity goes towards our student scholarship fund.
  • Reservation times are every 15 minutes, between the times discussed above.
  • Reservations for 2,3, or 4 are available.
  • Large party/banquet requests are not available in order to make as many reservations open to the public as possible. Elevation Restaurant has already established a limited number of large lunch events and banquets on certain lunch and dinner days, associated with COCC campus needs.
  • Elevation does not accept any holiday reservations
  • Elevation does not offer facility rentals or catering at this time.

  • All tips go to the Cascade Culinary Institute student scholarship fund!
