A Little Look Ahead To Summer

I can feel summer in the air.  For me that is a time to slow down, enjoy the beauty and feast on the bounty that Oregon farms offer us.  I invite you to do the same at Elevation Restaurant.  Here is a sneak peek at what is to come this summer.  The menu evokes cents of summer forests, the sweetness of sugars that develop in fruit, the complexity the heat brings to our greens and the playfulness that we all enjoy in these warm months.
